Become a Pastry Chef or Baker
The Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie & Baking certificate program is a nine-month program that includes a two-month paid externship.
You will experience real-world conditions in SCI's student-run restaurants, L'Ecole and L'Academie. L'Ecole has received Mobile's highest student rating: 3 Stars!
